Shopper Account Registration
Creating a Chiang Heng Jewellery shopper account enhances your shopping experience and help us to speed up your ordering process. It also allows you to view your order history, update your newsletter settings and offers you exclusive benefits.
Unable to Login
If you can’t access your shopper account, please follow the following steps:

Confirm that you are using the same email and password with which you registered.

If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. We will send you an email to reset the new password.
If after this you still cannot access your shopper account, please contact us at 04-332 1588 (Monday to Friday from 10:00am at 7:00pm) or email [email protected] and provide the following information:

Shipping Policy
Postage Fees & Charges
Chiang Heng Jewellery charges RM12 to RM14 per purchase for a single consignee for Peninsular Malaysia and RM14 to RM20 for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). The shipment will takes an estimated of 2 – 3 working days to reach your doorstep.
The rate charged for the shipping/delivery of your order is calculated according to the size, weight of the items, total number of order, and the destination.
Currently parcels are delivered using the POSLAJU and GDEX courier services only. Chiang Heng Jewellery to determine the courier services selection for every outgoing shipment.
During Promotion Periods
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.

Exchange & Returns Policy
We’re sure that you’ll love your Chiang Heng Jewellery’s item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right, you can just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you an exchange (for different items) or full refund (if the products was temporary not in stock).
You can send it back to us, just make sure that:
Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase and the items must be as new.
Damaged items must be returned together with their original jewellery box and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice).
How can I return my purchase?
In order to protect customer, we suggest customers should follow the procedures to return item after receiving the confirmation, kindly refer to our return procedure returns-policy (here).
After parcel arrives
Customer will receive a call or email notice from Customer Service Department when item is received. When the item is found intact following an examination, Customer Service Department will be proceeding to items exchange procedure accordingly. If the exchange procedure was not able to be performed, Account Department of the company will apply to the payment refund.
Please allow 14 working days for your exchange to be processed. If you requested a refund, the process might takes up to 30 working days. Bank will be return payment to the original card used to place your order.
What about postage charges?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the exchange process. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be completed.
How long will it take to receive my refund/new exchange item(s)?
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package. Refund will based on customer actual paid – Final payment to refund, voucher cannot change into cash term.
