The rate charged for the shipping/delivery of your order is calculated according to the size, weight of the items, total number of order, and the destination.
All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case)
Delivery times and hours
Once your order is ready, you will receive a email / message from us one day before delivery to confirm the delivery time. Parcels will require a signature and presentation of your Identity Card (IC) on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will contact you at a later time to arrange a new delivery date.
Normally delivery within Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (excluding Public Holidays). Delivery may be cancelled in case of adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to set up a new appointment.
When will my order be delivered?
Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 36 – 48 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse.
