惊喜抽奖活动条款与细则（T&C）

【一】留言解锁优惠 Leave a Comment to Unlock Discount

1. 1. 活动期间 Event Period:

      • 本次活动有效期为 2025年10月7日 (星期二) 至 2025年10月9日 (星期四)，共计 3 天。
      • This event is valid from October 7, 2025 (Tuesday) to October 9, 2025 (Thursday), a total of 3 days.

   2. 参与平台 Participating Platform:

      • 仅限 Facebook 官方指定活动贴文。
      • Only available on the official Facebook post designated for this event.

   3. 留言规则 Comment Rules:

      • 参与者需在指定活动贴文下留言，留言内容须符合贴文中公布的格式要求
      •  👉「我要工费折扣」
      • Participants must leave a comment on the specified event post. The comment must follow the format specified in the post:
      • 👉 “I want a labor fee discount.”
      • 每个账号仅限留言一次。
      • Each account is limited to one comment only.
      • 同一账号多次留言将不被计算。
      • Multiple comments from the same account will not be counted.
      • 当留言数量达到200条有效留言 后，优惠才会正式解锁。
      • The discount will only be unlocked once 200 valid comments are reached.

   4. 解锁优惠 Unlocking the Discount:

      • 优惠内容：全场手链半工费。
      • Discount Details: Bracelet category half labour fee.
      • 优惠仅限于 2025年10月7日 至 10月9日 使用。
      • The discount is only valid from October 7, 2025 to October 9, 2025.

   5. 兑换与验证方式 Redemption and Verification Method：
      

      • 顾客须出示留言截图（需清晰显示留言内容、账号昵称与留言时间）以享有优惠。
      • Customers must present a screenshot of their comment (the screenshot should clearly display the comment content, account name, and comment time) in order to claim the discount.

   6. 资格与限制 Eligibility and Restrictions：

      • 优惠仅适用于長慶金鑽吊坠和串饰商品。
      • The discount is only applicable to the Chiang Heng Gold Diamond Charms and Pendants category.
      • 此优惠不可转让、不可兑换现金，亦不可与其他优惠、折扣或现金券同时使用。
      • This discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or vouchers.

【二】長慶满额幸运抽奖 Chiang Heng Spend & Win

1. 1. 活动期间 Event Period:

      • 本次抽奖活动同样适用于 2025年10月7日（星期二） 至 10月9日（星期四）。
      • This lucky draw will be held from October 7(Tuesday) – October 9(Thursday), 2025.

   2. 活动规则 Campaign Rules:

      • 顾客于活动期间 单笔消费满 RM1010，即可获得一次抽奖机会。
      • Customers who spend RM1010 or more in a single receipt during the campaign period will receive one lucky draw entry.
      • 每位顾客每日仅限一次抽奖资格（根据身份证号码），3天共3次机会。拆单将视为弃权。 
      • Each customer is entitled to one entry per day (as per IC Number). Total 3 entry for 3 days. Splitting receipts will be considered a disqualification.
      • 参与抽奖的顾客须通过现场提供的 QR Code 扫描并填写 Google Form，提交「姓名 + 电话号码 + 发票号码 + 身份证号码」
      • To participate, customers must scan the on-site QR Code and complete the Google Form with [Name + Phone Number + Invoice Number + IC Number].

   3. 奖品 Prizes：

      • 每天送出 1片 0.1g Gold Bar，共 3 名幸运顾客（3天合计）。
      • 1 piece of 0.1g Gold Bar will be given out each day, with a total of 3 lucky winners across 3 days.

   4. 获奖公布 Winner Announcement:

      • 每日抽奖结果将在次日，即2025年10月10日 上午10:30 在長慶官方面子书公布。
      • -Daily draw results will be announced the following day, on October 10, 2025 at 10:30 AM.

   5. 资格与限制 Eligibility & Restrictions：

      • 抽奖仅适用于于活动期间在長慶金鑽消费并成功提交表格的顾客。
      • The draw is only open to customers who make purchases at Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond outlets during the campaign period and successfully submit the form.
      • 资格不可转让、不可兑换现金，亦不可与其他优惠叠加。
      • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

   6. 其他条款 Other Terms:

      • 若发现任何舞弊、虚假留言或操控行为，将取消参与资格。
      • Any fraudulent actions, false submissions, or manipulations will result in disqualification.
      • 長慶金鑽保留随时修改、暂停或取消活动及其条款的权利，恕不另行通知。
      • Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign and its terms at any time without prior notice.
