Each order of the Goods will be insured (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) during the time while it is in transit until it is delivered to the designated delivery address. The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of POSLAJU EMS, our official courier.
Parcels will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed ( please allow 1 extra business day to process orders with engraving ). Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a ‘Your Order has Shipped’ email with a tracking number. With this, you can check your order status via our carrier’s tracking system.
Please note your parcel may be subject to duties, taxes and other additional charges depending on your shipping destination.
Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 24 – 48 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during sale or for customized items. Adverse weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email quoting an estimated delivery date. You can also check your order status online by logging into ‘My Account’, followed by ‘My Order’ re-directed to the respective carrier’s website, where you can track the delivery status.
Is my order insured?
Chiang Heng Jewellery insures every package against theft and accidental damage while in transit, until it is delivered to you or is collected. We require a signature for any goods delivered or collected, at which point we are no longer responsible for your purchased goods. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then you agree that the recipient’s signature shall constitute evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order, and is accountable for the merchandise.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately at email@example.com, or call +6043321588. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Or refer to our Return Policy.
Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Chiang Heng Jewellery.
Some of our products cannot be delivered overseas. Such products as: GOLD Bar.
Please note that before ordering, you have the responsibility to determine that the Goods can be lawfully and legally imported to the destination country/region.
Taxes and Duties
The Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for the payment of any and all Taxes payable on the purchase, import and customs clearance of the Goods when the Goods arrive at your destination country/region. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for details and procedures of payment of such Taxes.
