File A Claim For Your Lost Parcel
While our courier partners do their best to ensure your shipments are delivered safely, we acknowledge that there are unlikely circumstances where your shipments might get lost. Our company focus on service excellence and strives to provide a satisfactory resolution, even if unfortunate scenarios happen.
As we all know that, claiming can be arduous and tiresome process that we want to avoid together, so we have made the process easy for you. You can file your claim for your lost parcel with us when your parcel status indicated DELIVERED but you have not received it.
Disclaimer: We encourage our customer to insured for the Courier Insurance Liability Coverage in order to be compensated for any lost, damage or shortage to the parcel during its transition. We are not liable for compensation to any lost, damage or shortage of parcel that is uninsured.
You are required to provide us your parcel’s Tracking number.
After you file a lost parcel with us, allow our team to look into your report within 1 to 7 working days.
Please note that the processing time can be vary by the courier company. On an average, most cases are typically processed in 15-30 working days.
We will contact you as soon as the result of the investigation have been provided to us by our courier partners. You might be required to do the following:
i Lost Parcel
It is regretted that your parcels have been lost in transit. We need your help to file a Police Report for the lost parcel. We will fully assist you in this process for the submission of claim to the insurance company. You are required to submit the following documents to us:
ii Found Parcel
Your parcel is on the way! You will be informed of the expected delivery date. A new tracking code will be provided to you.
