11.11活动条款与细则 (Terms & Conditions)
【一】長慶门市满额幸运抽奖 Chiang Heng Outlet Spend & Win
活动期间 Event Period:
- 本次抽奖活动适用于 2025年11月1日（六） 至 11月12日（三）。
- This lucky draw will be held from November 1 (Saturday) – November 12 (Wednesday), 2025.
活动规则 Campaign Rules:
- 顾客于活动期间 单笔消费满 RM1111，即可获得一次抽奖机会。
- Customers who spend RM1111 or more in a single receipt during the campaign period will receive one lucky draw entry.
- 每位顾客每日仅限一次抽奖资格（消费金额RM1111将不包含优惠商品），3天共3次机会。拆单将视为弃权。
- Each customer is entitled to one entry per day (RM1111 spending amount does not include promotional items). Total 3 entry for 3 days. Splitting receipts will be considered a disqualification.
- 参与抽奖的顾客须通过现场提供的 QR Code 扫描并填写 Google Form，提交「姓名 + 电话号码 + 发票号码」
- To participate, customers must scan the on-site QR Code and complete the Google Form with [Name + Phone Number + Invoice Number].
奖品 Prizes：
- 送出由Signature Market (Plant Origins)提供的香薰蓝牙加湿器+薄荷精油+恬心精油调和液，一阶段一共5套。
- We give away 5 sets of aromatherapy Bluetooth humidifiers + Peppermint Essential Oil + Peace of Mind Essential Oil Blend, provided by Signature Market (Plant Origins) each stage.
获奖公布 Winner Announcement:
- 本次活动共分为四个阶段，每个阶段为期三天：
- This event will be divided into four stages, with each stage lasting three days:
- 第一阶段： 11月1日 – 11月3日 Stage 1: November 1 – November 3
- 第二阶段： 11月4日 – 11月6日 Stage 2: November 4 – November 6
- 第三阶段： 11月7日 – 11月9日 Stage 3: November 7 – November 9
- 第四阶段： 11月10日 – 11月12日 Stage 4: November 10 – November 12
- 每阶段抽奖结果将在下一阶段的上午于長慶官方面子书公布（例如：2025年11月4日上午10:30公布第一的抽奖结果）
- The draw results for each stage will be announced at morning on the first day of the following stage on Chiang Heng’s official Facebook page (for example: the results for Stage 1 will be announced on November 4, 2025 morning).
奖品领取方式 Prize Redemption Method：
- 为确保奖品品质，获奖者需于指定日期内，亲临任一長慶门市领取奖品。
- Winners are required to collect their prizes in person at any Chiang Heng outlet within the specified period, to ensure product quality.
资格与限制 Eligibility & Restrictions：
- 抽奖仅适用于于活动期间在長慶金鑽消费并成功提交表格的顾客。
- The draw is only open to customers who make purchases at Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond outlets during the campaign period and successfully submit the form.
- 资格不可转让、不可兑换现金，亦不可与其他优惠叠加。
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
其他条款 Other Terms:
- 若发现任何舞弊、虚假留言或操控行为，将取消参与资格。
- Any fraudulent actions, false submissions, or manipulations will result in disqualification.
- 長慶金鑽保留随时修改、暂停或取消活动及其条款的权利，恕不另行通知。
- Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign and its terms at any time without prior notice.
- 凡于活动期间参与本次活动的参赛者，即表示同意并授权長慶金鑽收集、使用及披露其个人资料，仅用于内部抽奖程序及奖项公布。 長慶有权在長慶官方面子书主页上公开获奖者姓名及相关得奖资讯。
- By participating in this event, all participants agree and consent to allow Chiang Heng to collect, use, and disclose their personal information for the purpose of conducting the internal lucky draw and announcing the winners. The organizer reserves the right to publish the winners’ names and related prize information on Chiang Heng’s official Facebook page.
【二】長慶官网11.11活动 Chiang Heng Official Website 11.11 Promotion
活动期间 Campaign Period:
- 本次抽奖活动适用于 2025年11月1日（六） 至 11月12日（三）。
- This lucky draw will be held from November 1 (Saturday) – November 12 (Wednesday), 2025.
活动规则 Campaign Rules:
- 顾客于活动期间在長慶官网单笔消费满 RM1111，即可获得一次抽奖机会。
- Customers who spend RM1111 or more in a single receipt on Chiang Heng Official Website during the campaign period will receive one lucky draw entry.
- 每位顾客每日仅限一次抽奖资格（根据身份证号码），12天共12次机会。拆单将视为弃权。
- Each customer is entitled to one entry per day (as per IC Number). Total 12 entry for 12 days. Splitting receipts will be considered a disqualification.
- 凡于活动期间下单的顾客，将自动参加幸运抽奖，无需额外操作。
- All customers who place an order during the event period will be automatically entered into the lucky draw. No further action is required.
奖品 Prizes：
- 本次活动分为三项制度：消费金额前3名奖励，幸运抽奖，以及長慶 | Signature Market联名配套。
- This event is divided into two parts: Top 3 Spenders, Lucky Draw, and “Get Gold while Snacking” Package.

获奖公布 Winner Announcement:

- The draw results will be announced at morning of 13 November 2025 on Chiang Heng’s official Facebook page.

- Winners are required to collect their prizes in person at any Chiang Heng outlet within the specified period, to ensure product quality.

- To ensure product freshness, the 11.11 Signature Market collaboration sets “Get Gold while Snacking” are not available for shipping to East Malaysia.

【三】長慶11.11直播幸运抽奖 Chiang Heng Night Live Lucky Draw
活动期间 Event Period:
- 本次抽奖活动将在2025年11月10日（一） 至 11月12日（三）的金夜抢翻天直播中进行。
- This lucky draw will be held during Night Live from November 10 (Monday) – November 12 (Wednesday), 2025.
活动规则 Campaign Rules:
- 凡于長慶 Facebook专页11月7日的直播预热贴文下方公开留言「我要抽奖」并公开分享该贴文，即可自动获得一次抽奖机会。
- Customers who publicly comment “I want to join the lucky draw” and share the live stream teaser post (dated November 7) on Chiang Heng’s official Facebook page will automatically receive one lucky draw entry.
- 每位顾客仅限一次抽奖资格（根据身份证号码），重复留言将不计入抽奖名单。
- Each customer is entitled to one lucky draw entry only (based on NRIC number). Duplicate comments will not be counted.
- 参与抽奖的顾客需于11月10日（一） 的直播期间在线。当主播多次呼叫得奖者姓名仍未回应时，将视为自动放弃中奖资格。
- Participants must be present during the live stream on November 10 (Monday). If the host calls the winner’s name multiple times and there is no response, the prize will be considered forfeited.

- Live Stream: November 10–12, 4PM–11 PM.
- 当主播多次呼叫得奖者姓名仍未回应时，将视为自动放弃中奖资格。
- If the host calls the winner’s name multiple times and there is no response, the prize will be considered forfeited.
